Miguel Rodriguez 1990’s – truly a very special and rare guitar!

This guitar was made in the workshop of legendary guitar maker Miguel Rodríguez, located in 15 Alfaros Street (Córdoba).
Miguel Rodriguez’ guitars are objects of desire for collectors and performers all around the world because of both its meticulous construction and the personality they have.

The sound of this guitar shows great quality and personality. Although a Segunda from the workshop of Miguel Rodriquez it is a special one, lightweight build with a more elaborate carving in the headstock and beautiful matured woods. The basses are powerful, with extraordinary depth. The trebles are crystal clear and singing, with great scope and sustain, and showing a perfect balance between both of them. A versatile sound, with a complex tone and an enormous range of the most beautiful timbres. It also has that nice quick, bouncy response with pleasant and easy playability.

The guitar has two professionally repaired hairline cracks along the usual place near the fretboard. This is closed and stable and has no effect on the sound and future use. Our luthier also cleaned and polished the frets. She is ready to be played again for a long time to come.
