Bert Kwakkel is born in 1954 in Deventer, the Netherlands. His first handmade guitar was in 1971. Nowadays he is one of the leading classical guitar makers. He brings with it 100% devotion to create a perfect instrument. Bert Kwakkel developed his own style of constructing, finishing and last but not least of sound. His unceasing urge to improve his instruments, resulted in a unique bracing-system. This construction offers the guitarist a comfortable guitar with a very powerful and balanced tone. Guitarists from all over the world praise him for his exceptional craftsmanship.
